The Coach House is a characterful barn conversion that comfortably accommodates up to 8 people, with the option of utilizing a sofa bed and cot. Similar in style to The Granary Cottage, it features whitewashed walls, solid wood and flagstone flooring with underfloor heating, and charming exposed beams. Standing within its grounds with ample parking space, the cottage boasts a patio, garden, and barbecue area. Additionally, a utility room is available, equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, extra fridge, and freezer. Secure storage for golf clubs or bikes can also be found here.

Upon entering The Coach House, guests are welcomed into a small hallway that leads directly into the open-plan living/kitchen area, all on one level without steps. The living area features high ceilings with exposed beams, a wood-burning fire, and comfortable sofas. The well-equipped kitchen includes a dining table seating up to eight guests. A sofa bed and comfy chair can be found in the gallery area which partially overlooks the living area below.

All four individually styled bedrooms offer en-suite facilities, with two bedrooms and bathrooms located on the ground floor. The downstairs double bedroom caters for guests with mobility difficulties. This wet room is equipped with a level shower, seat, and grab rails. The other ground-floor bedroom contains two single beds. Upstairs, there is a spacious double bedroom with a full-size wooden cot, and a twin bedroom.
