Frequently Asked Questions…

What time can I check-in? Where will I find the key?

Your cottage will be ready for arrival any time after 2 pm with the key in the door.
Is bed linen & towels provided?

All bed linen is provided.
A bath sheet and hand towel per person are provided.
Hot tub towels are provided.
What else is provided?

Washing-up items are provided.
Hand wash is provided but please bring your shower gel, shampoo etc.
Hair dryers are provided.
Irons and ironing boards are provided.
Are cots provided?

The Granary and Coach House each have a full-size wooden cot. Travel cots can also be provided on request but please bring your own cot bedding.
We can provide highchairs and stair gates.
What can we find in the fridge?

You will find some of our award-winning farm milk and butter in your fridge on arrival and can purchase more during your stay.
Are there laundry facilities?

The Coach House has its own laundry facilities with a washing machine and tumble drier.
The Granary, Ivy Cottage and Swallow Cottage share a laundry room.
Are there Barbecues?

Barbecues are available. Guests need to provide their own charcoal.
What is the check-out time?

Departure time is by 10 am. If you would like a later check-out please ask well in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you if we can but cannot promise this.
Can we have a tour of the farm?

Guests are welcome to have a guided tour of the farm. Wellies are essential!
Are you dog friendly?

Sorry, but no dogs are allowed as the cottages are on our working farm.
